CFAR is sold as a subscription-based software plus services suite which offers access to various software and services built around the CFAR reporting engine. When you purchase CFAR for use with ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech) or ConnectWise Manage, you buy one or more licenses and one subscription plan. We currently offer 3 subscription plans:

    for 500 agents

    for over 2000 agents

Automate + Manage

  • As low as $150 per month
    for 500 configs/agents
  • $250 per month
    for over 2000 configs/agents
  • Over 400 pre-built reports
    and dashboards
$100 / mo

Manage

  • As low as $100 per month
    for 500 configs
  • $200 per month
    for over 2000 configs
  • Over 175 pre-built reports
    and dashboards

2. Select Licenses

In addition to the subscription, you will need to buy one or more CFAR licenses.
Note: If this is your first CFAR purchase, you must buy at least one Designer License.
There are two kinds of licenses you can buy:

Designer

  • Full access
  • Create new reports, charts,
    and dashboards;
    edit existing ones;
    run finished reports
  • One time setup fee
$150

Viewer

  • Limited access
  • Change report filters;
    run finished reports
  • One time setup fee
